The Craven Refresh Campaign

To ensure we’re doing all we can to further increase our brand awareness and affinity, we’ve introduced the ‘Craven Refresh’ campaign, in which we’ll aim to highlight the evolution of Craven Solutions from a heritage brand to a leading manufacturer, as well as take the necessary steps to grow our product range and partnerships with other globally reputable brands.
The Craven Refresh will aim to promote the value of our ‘solution’ to storage and handling problems. We want to express further that our products are of a high-quality and our brand being the trusted and dependable option over the cheapest and quickest. Our new creative campaign will also include a number of new themes, including new staff and restructuring, partnerships and products ranges. By connecting all these themes together, we can promote the right ‘solution’ for our customers, and further highlight that we are the ‘go-to’ company for storage and handling solutions.
The refresh will primarily focus on the foodservice, hospitality and healthcare sectors, including restaurant groups and care facilities, which are the essential sectors of operation for our solution of products. We will continue to promote the value of our complete solution and just what these solutions can provide for our customers, as well as the route we have taken and our historical image.
What can you expect to see from the Craven Refresh?
The refresh will bring an exciting new media campaign, including informational additions to our blog, website and social media platforms, focusing on company and product developments and how you can make the most of your Craven products. Internally, we’ll be improving our email, advertising and PR campaigns, being on top of latest news and product announcements and ensuring you know about these as soon as possible.
Our refresh campaign will run throughout the remainder of the year, in which time we will assess and reassess our focus based on how things are looking and what our current focus has been. The Craven Refresh campaign will showcase our continual growth as a business and in our range of storage and handling products. We want more and more dealers and customers to see our brand as the ‘go-to’ for these products, and that by choosing a Craven product, you can be confident that you’re also choosing the highest of quality.
